Regulations for Team Venom: (initial in the box)

1.      All fees are due prior to stepping on the ice for the first game. Any fees paid, including deposits, are non-refundable.

a.       When paying by check, make checks payable to “The Pond” and list “Team Venom” in the notes to assure payment is applied to the correct team.

b.       Proof must be supplied to the team Manager prior to the first game of any payments made directly to the Pond. No proof of payment will result in ineligibility of player to play games.

2.      Contracts/Player Requirements

a.       Players must be over 18 prior to first game of the season.

b.      USA Hockey information, The Pond Contract, and Team Venom Contract is due to the team manager two weeks prior to the start of the season.

c.       Games, payment and events are tracked through Team Snap. It is important to list your cell number, email, jersey number, and position played as well as game availability.

3.      Player understands that there are inherit risks in connection with playing Ice Hockey and attending practices. Release of Liability:

a.        I (the player/signee) assumes these risks for myself as well as other individuals under my responsibility. I waive any possible claim that may rise against BSBB Ice LLC, The Pond Inc, Any employees of the rink, and Managers/Players/Coaches/Captains of Venom Ice Hockey Club for any damages or injuries sustained in the course of the activity. I agree to indemnify and save harmless and not to assert a claim or sue BSBB Ice LLC, The Pond Inc, Any employees of the rink, and Managers/Players/Coaches/Captains of Venom Ice Hockey for any such damages or injuries or any and all other claims which may arise in connection with my use of the facilities or travel to and from the facilities.

4.      Player agrees that they will abide by all Rink rules and policies and understands that games missed due to insufficient funds, non receipt of payment, factors outside the Pond or Venom Ice Hockey Club will not be reimbursed or rescheduled.

5.      This is a non-check, no fighting league. Players involved in fights will be suspended from the league with no reimbursement of fees paid. USA hockey rules prevail. No alcohol on the Pond Property.
