Information and links to local Hockey Camps, Tournaments, Clinics, Stick and Pucks and Open Hockey
Definitions:
Open Hockey: Pick up games played at a rink. Full equipment required. Bring light and dark jersey. Teams chosen on the ice.
Stick and Puck: Helmets required. Good time to practice shooting and skating. Sometimes goalies are there, but be prepared to shoot on empty net.
Open Skate/Public Skate: Skate rental available. Skate around in circles and practice skating skills
Clinics: Usually run in house for an arranged amount of time. Each clinic is unique and targets different skills.
Hockey Camps: Sometimes run in house and some times run in a far away land that makes hockey skills magically improve with lots of hard work.
Hockey Tournament: Can be anything from a 1 day to week long tournament
